Costa Cruises offers peace of mind to European travelers flying to their cruise embarkation port by launching their new “Lost Luggage Concierge” service in collaboration with SosTravel.com. (SOS travel, by the way, has an app you need to have when traveling internationally) This complimentary service (for Costa cruise travelers), available from May to November 2024, ensures a worry-free cruise experience even if your luggage gets lost.
How it Works:
- This service is included for all “Fly & Cruise” guests departing from Europe who book their entire flight and cruise package through Costa or their partner travel agencies.
- If your luggage is lost upon arrival at the airport, SosTravel will track it down and deliver it directly to your cabin onboard the ship within 48 hours (excluding sailing time).
- Guests simply need to report the lost luggage at the airport to activate the service. SosTravel handles the rest.
