American Airlines Flagship Business Class from Barcelona to New York takes just one word to describe: #AAmazing!  The entire American Flagship Business experience from seat selection through picking luggage back home was flawless. Specific Features I Liked

The list is rather lengthy.

• A Good Value Includes all the features and benefits I have the AAdvantage Executive World Elite credit card for.
• Relaxed- Nothing is ever a bother from anyone along the way.  Like other classes, American flight crews are wonderful.  In Flagship First, they are even better.
• I Had It All- Both Healthy and Indulgent snacks are available between meals as well as continuous cabin service.  It never stops.
• Pitch Perfect- The best BOSE noise-canceling headphones ever.  I could easily forget I am flying.
• Dreamy- The best bed I have ever slept on in the air.  Better than many hotel beds. I slept.
• No Lost Luggage Here- Priority luggage is actually top priority luggage. Enough said.
• Admiral’s Club- Lounges at JFK always a pleasure.  Skipped going to Flagship First lounge to visit with American staff who always remember people.
• Dining To Delight- Culinary offerings included a wide variety of choices and a nicely-paired wine menu. Special bonus ‘choice’ points for that wine menu. Have never seen that much variety n the air.
• Strange Takeaway- I felt like tipping when it was done.  Another first.
• Should you upgrade? Upgrading with miles on American Airlines is a far better value per mile used than I get with my other preferred airline, Delta.

Wish List

• I missed the little AAdvantage Club certificates we had in 2016 and 2017. Those enabled passengers to show appreciation to American Airlines employees who provide outstanding service. That worked by the way.  No contest running, this was wonderful.
• When I am sleeping soundly, please just drive the plane around aimlessly until I wake. That would be #Aawesome
