It’s not ALL about Guy’s Burgers!

Carnival Cruise Line is introducing new vegan menus that will be implemented fleetwide in a phased approach through the end of the year. The new menus will offer a selection of appetizers, entrees, and desserts that are entirely vegan.

Examples of dishes on the new vegan menu include:

• Appetizers: Hawaiian Salmon Poke, Stuffed Mushrooms, Spaghetti Carbonara
• Entrees: Grilled Tofu Steak, Baked Vegetable Au Gratin, Eggplant Cutlet a la Parmigiana
• Desserts: Key Lime Velvet Cake, Dutch Double Chocolate Pave, Cappuccino Pot de Créme

The new vegan menus are part of Carnival’s ongoing effort to bring more variety to its dining room offerings.
