Carnival Salutes Military Guests with New Appreciation Day
Carnival Cruise Line has expanded its Military Appreciation Gathering to become a full Military Appreciation Day on all sailings in North America. This special day will feature special messaging and announcements on each ship’s Carnival Seaside Theater screen, along with the display of a large United States Flag in the ship’s atrium on sailings of four days or more.
Carnival, known as America’s Cruise Line, aims to honor military heroes and their families by dedicating this day to them. The cruise line already carries the most active and retired military service members in the industry. The Military Appreciation Day will include various enhancements, such as information about Carnival’s partner Operation Homefront, opportunities to donate to the organization, and giveaways of special pins and hero coins.
Additionally, Carnival will introduce a new beer called Heroes American Pale Ale, made with Veterans Blend Hops, with proceeds from its sales benefitting Operation Homefront. Carnival will continue to hold Veterans Meet and Greet events and provide exclusive savings and special discounts for members of the military. In 2023, a total of 1,510 military gatherings will be held on Carnival ships across the fleet (excluding Australia and ships sailing in Europe).
For more information on Carnival Cruise Line and bookings, guests can contact the company directly or visit their website, and for details on Operation Homefront, they can visit the organization’s website.
