Celebrity Cruises unveiled its culinary and beverage program for the upcoming ship Celebrity Ascent, part of the Edge Series. The vessel will feature redesigned restaurants, an immersive dinner experience, expanded food and cocktail menus, a new whiskey-tasting experience, and a plant-based multi-course dinner.

The ship will include the fine dining venue “Le Voyage” curated by renowned chef Daniel Boulud, offering a global menu inspired by his travels. The aft forum “Eden” will offer a unique plant-based tasting menu sourced from natural ingredients. The ship will also have four main dining restaurants with different cuisines, the high-tech “Le Petit Chef” dinner experience, and the Fine Cut Steakhouse with new dishes.

Ascent will introduce an exclusive partnership with WhistlePig Whiskey, offering hand-selected barrels for guests. Wine lovers can enjoy extensive wine lists and wine-related experiences at multiple venues. The ship will debut in November with Caribbean sailings.
