China Blocks, Water-Cannons Philippines Boat
China’s coast guard blocked and water-cannoned a Philippine military supply boat in the South China Sea. The Philippines condemned the “excessive and offensive actions” against its vessels, while China said it had implemented necessary controls in accordance with the law to deter Philippine ships.
