New Airline Focused On Bermuda
BermudAir, Bermuda’s first airline, launched yesterday with year-round service to Boston, Fort Lauderdale, and Westchester County Airport near New York City. The airline will operate Embraer E175 aircraft with a capacity of 88 seats, but only 44 seats will be sold on each flight to ensure a comfortable and spacious in-flight experience. All flights will include free Wi-Fi and entertainment, and at least one complimentary checked bag.
BermudAir will also offer freshly prepared light meals and beverage selections from local partners on the island. The airline is committed to sourcing services and partnerships within Bermuda, including hiring local crew and collaborating with Bermuda service providers for onboard food and beverage services.
