New Crystal Late Riser Adventures Perhaps Typical Of World’s Best
Looking forward to sailing with Crystal Cruises later this month, we are also anticipating off-ship activities at a number of ports our Autumn’s Palette itinerary. Of special interest is a new program started by Crystal recently that is aimed at late risers; not because we sleep in, but since this will be our first time on a Crystal ship, we need to plan our time wisely
Aimed at those who might have had to choose between catching up on much needed sleep and embarking on a great adventure while on vacation, Crystal Cruises will debut new Crystal Adventures planned especially for late-risers. Offering the same enriching experiences in the world’s most stunning and significant destinations, just later in the day. Typically departing the ship within 30-60 minutes of docking or tendering, the new “Late-Risers Adventures” will begin closer to 11:00 a.m. or noon, depending on the itinerary. Better yet, the start times are designed to complement the line’s Late-Risers Breakfasts, served from 10:00-11:30 a.m. on both Crystal Serenity and Crystal Symphony.
“There are so many distinctly different types of travelers, each with their own idea of the perfect vacation. For many, this involves plenty of rest and relaxation,” says Crystal President Edie Rodriguez. “The ‘Late-Risers Adventures’ allow guests who prefer more sleep in the morning, are perhaps still adjusting to a time change, or simply like to enjoy a long, leisurely breakfast, to keep their preferred schedule without missing out on any of the insightful, expertly crafted Crystal Adventures in a select destination.”
The Late Risers Adventures will be available on select Crystal itineraries throughout the world, which range from 5-108 days and sail through the Mediterranean, Western Europe, British Isles, Scandinavia/Baltic & Russia, North Cape & Arctic Circle, Africa, Asia, Australia/New Zealand, South Pacific, South America, Antarctica, New England/Canada, Panama Canal, Caribbean, and an indulgent annual World Cruise. Until August 29, all-inclusive, value-priced “Book Now” fares start at just $1,360/person.
Crystal is reputed to have a passion for taking care of guests in an inviting environment of extraordinary space, quality and choices which has earned them more “World’s Best” awards than any other cruise line, resort, or hotel in history. I suspect we will find the Late Risers Adventures to be typical of the reasons why as we explore all Crystal has to offer.
Already, we have found a number of reasons not to rush off the ship too early…
