In mid-January, Crystal Cruises announced that it had suspended operations for its Ocean and Expedition ships through April 29, 2022. River cruises were suspended through the end of May 2022. In an unusual move Oceania Cruises has swooped in with a special offer for those affected by cancelled Crystal sailings. The note below from Oceania to travel agents and affected travelers outlines the plan.

We are all saddened by the news that Crystal Cruises has ceased operations. It is always hard to hear when a fellow travel company faces such hardship. In this case, thousands of Crystal guests have had their travel dreams disrupted and we know our travel agency partners are once again needing to rebook or find alternate plans.
