In the past, vacation planning and onboard apps have been two entirely different topics. We do the planning to enable the trip. Travel apps onboard are just kinda helpful, right? Traditionally, yes. Until now. Carnival Cruise Line has an update to their onboard app that brings us increased functionality before and after sailing too.

The improved Carnival Cruise Line Hub App introduces pre-cruise capabilities. Carnival guests can now

• Manage their booking
• Complete their online check-in
• Choose & Pay for a wide variety of items and experiences before departure, including shore excursions, spa treatments, specialty dining reservations, Wi-Fi packages and Fun Shop orders for stateroom delivery.

The Carnival Cruise Line Hub App has also been updated, extending the app’s popular “Pizza Anywhere” on board function, now available on 11 ships with fleetwide rollout later this year.

Expanded ‘Pizza Anywhere’ Feature

Using the “Pizza Anywhere” function, guests click on the ship’s deck plan to mark their location, take a selfie to identify themselves and select their pizza and toppings. $5 pizza is cooked to order, charged to their Sign & Sail account and delivered to their location.

.Already offered on Carnival Horizon and Carnival Vista, the Hub App’s popular “Pizza Anywhere” feature has been added to nine other ships, including Carnival Victory, Carnival Magic, Carnival Breeze, Carnival Conquest, Carnival Dream, Carnival Sensation, Carnival Glory, Carnival Ecstasy, and Carnival Liberty.
