Princess Banks Future On New Ships, Technology

The popularity of cruise vacations continues to grow with more ships being built every year. Nearly every cruise line worth knowing about has plans in the works that that will bring even more options. Princess Cruises wants to stay part of that growth. Five new ships will arrive by 2025, all energized by Princess’ Ocean Medallion technology.

On Valentine’s Day, Princess celebrated the interesting position of having three ships under construction at the same time. At that celebration, three related milestones were also celebrated.

Yet-To-Be-Named Last Royal Class Ship
Princess celebrated the steel-cutting ceremony for the sixth and final Royal-Class ship, yet to be named, debuting 2022.

On The Horizon
Two additional ships are on order for delivery in 2023 and 2025 as Princess Cruises increases its passenger capacity by 32 percent.
