Seabourn Chefs Intro New Fine Dining Venue
Seabourn, a leader in luxury voyages, is introducing Solis, a new fine dining restaurant showcasing Mediterranean cuisine. This new addition to Seabourn’s culinary experiences will offer fresh, handcrafted dishes inspired by the Mediterranean region. The restaurant’s design evokes the afterglow of the sun, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Solis is a collaboration between Seabourn and Michelin-experienced chefs Anton Egger (above) and Franck Salein (below). Their expertise and passion for travel have shaped Solis’s menu, which features vibrant plating and surprising flavor combinations.
Solis’s menu reflects the diverse flavors of the Mediterranean, with dishes inspired by the Rivieras, central Mediterranean, and Greek cuisine. Each dish is meticulously prepared and presented, creating a memorable dining experience.
Beyond the culinary offerings, Solis also features a refined vintage cocktail menu, with classic cocktails expertly crafted to perfection.
Solis will debut on Seabourn Quest in January 2024 and will be rolled out across other Seabourn ships by Spring 2024.
