Over the weekend at the 16th annual Travel Weekly Readers Choice Awards, Carnival Cruise Line was named Best Domestic Cruise Line and Best Family Cruise Line at a black-tie gala in New York City. Interestingly, these awards are voted on by the travel professionals who read Travel Weekly; the people who direct travelers to one cruise line over another for a variety of reasons we will get into shortly, First, more about Carnival’s win and where other cruise lines placed on the list.
This marks the third consecutive year that Carnival has earned the Best Domestic Cruise Line honors. Families? This is a market segment Carnival has always focused on, introducing our family to cruising like so many others. 800,000 Children sailed in 2018 helped with that.
